• Enrollment and payment information: when you enroll, billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
• Communications: messages, inquiries, and correspondence you send to us.
• Usage information: standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site.

• Evaluate applications and determine fit for a cohort;
• Generate your personalized assessment read from your own answers;

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure providers, email and scheduling tools, and analytics providers — each permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
• Faculty and program delivery: limited information necessary to deliver coaching and instruction to enrolled participants.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PE-Xcelerate, our participants, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you enroll, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's own privacy and security terms. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but not your full card information.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
